Juice is the name for the former iPodder client. It’s one of the more reliable and popular clients to use for listening to podcasts on your PC, and its interface is very intuitive and professional for a freeware client. You can download it free at http://juicereceiver.sourceforge.net/

1. Download and install the Juice software
2. Navigate to the Sticky Pen website
3. Click on the RSS/Podcasts menu item
4. Choose which podcast you’d like to subscribe to (straight or gay version)
5. PC: Hover your mouse over the gray ‘Pod’ icon for that podcast and right-click
6. Choose “Copy Link Location”
7. MAC: Command-click the ‘Pod’ icon to copy the location
8. Start the Juice application
9. Switch to the Subscriptions tab and click on the green ‘plus’ button
10. Click on the podcast name
11. In the ‘Episodes’ window at the bottom, select the one(s) you want to hear by clicking the box in the left column
12. You can right-click names of episodes and chapters to see notes describing them
13. When you are finished with your selections, click on the blue download button at the top

NIMIQ is a freeware podcasting client (podcatcher) that is sleek and efficient. It can be downloaded an installed in minutes. http://www.nimiq.nl/

1. Download and install the NIMIQ software
2. Navigate to the Sticky Pen website

6. Choose “Copy Link Location”

8. Start the NIMIQ application
9. Click on the ‘New Subscription’ button just under the menu.
10. Paste the feed URL into the box
11. In the ‘Number of Enclosures’ box, set the amount to maximum (20)
12. In the ‘Playlists’ option, choose your media player and then click OK
13. Your subscribed podcast appears in the list
14. To download episodes from the podcast, click the name and then click the ‘start’ button
15. Double-click on the downloaded episode to play it in your media player

13. Click the gray ‘down arrow’ to the left of the name of the Podcast in the list
14. All available episodes show up
15. Simply click the ‘Get’ button next to the Chapter you want to listen to download the audio file
16. Now just select the downloaded item and hit the play button.

Absolutely not. While the iTunes application is built to interface with an iPod, which downloads music and podcasts onto a portable device, there are many ways to listen to the podcasts other than through iTunes. You don’t even need a little MP3 player in fact. If you have a media player application on your PC (Windows Media Player, Winamp, etc.) you can still hear our podcasts!

The podcasts are free. When we say “subscribe,” all we are talking about is telling the software to go do the dirty work for us. Instead of checking back all the time to see if there is a new episode of something, you tell your program once where the file gets posted. It checks back on a regular basis, and when there is a new one, and if you have subscribed to it, the new episode is automatically put into your list to enjoy.
