sister was pregnant with was finally born, Lynn was his name and he was now two. I was eighteen. My mother received a call from my sister one weekend inviting us over for lunch, and to spend some time with Lynn. So my mother and I packed the car and drove to my sister’s who lived about twenty-five minutes away. Once we arrived at my sister’s we were greeted by Kyle who was out watering the lawn. Kyle was as gorgeous as ever. Wearing black sandals, tan cargo shorts and a light blue t-shirt. His hair was parted perfectly as always. Kyle laid the hose down on he law and skipped over to greet my mother with a welcome hug, and me with a handshake. Kyle’s eyes hit mine, I smiled at him and my heart began to beat rapidly.

I then decided to gain his attention.
“Hey what are you working on?” I asked.
Kyle jumped; startled he turned his chair to face me.
“Oh hey Kevin, You scared me, what’s up?” Kyle asked.
“I’m sorry, I was just wondering what you were doing, I got bored of sitting with Amy and mom.” I laughed.
“I see…well I’m just playing a game online, they get a little addicting you know?” Kyle joked.
“Yeah I guess…so how are you liking being a dad?” I asked.
“I like it, I mean it’s a great feeling being a dad.” Kyle replied, by this time he had turned his back to me and resumed with his game. Kyle resumed our conversation even though we no
