the babbling water to serenade me during my walk. As I took my walk I could see the towering mountains that surround this beautiful spot. I was in awe! The local people acted friendly and would wave toward me as I went on my way.

After a walk, I found Karl's home. I wish I could take each of you there to see it. It was beautiful; in it's own way. The house was 4 stories high, with only 3 rooms, hall and stair well, on 2d and 3d floor. The first floor was made of stone and inside it contained the cow, hogs, chickens and farm equipment. It was also spotless. I found out that the hogs were scrubbed with a brush and soapy water, about once a month. It did not smell like an animal barn. Karl's family lived on the 2d and 3d floors. The 4th floor was the attic and contained the food locker for both the animals and the family.

This house was built right against a very steep cliff. When the farmers cut the grass for hay, they loaded it on a cart, hitched the cow to the cart, and made the cow pull the cart around the mountainside to where they could open a door and the cart and cow went onto the 4th floor. That will tell you how steep that cliff was. When it was time to feed the animals, they just chopped it up and dropped it into a hole in the floor and it would drop down to the bottom floor and to the animals. I loved that farmhouse. It was hundreds of years old and very beautiful in it's own way. Each piece of lumber was aged and had turned black with time.

Since I could speak (some) German it was fun to converse with these wonderful people. I met Karl's parents, grandmother, his sister and her husband. I fell in love with his 90-year-old grandmother! These friendly people always wanted to feed a visitor. We all had a glass of wine, black bread and smoked bacon. This bacon was smoked so much that it was cooked by the smoke. I had tasted this bacon before and had learned to love it.

Then Karl told me he wanted me to meet a neighbor of his. This neighbor lived with his large family and was not married. As we walked toward this farmer's home, Karl told me that he has a big dick and he loved to get it sucked on. He also told me that he had told the neighbor that he wanted to introduce me. We walked to this guy’s home and again the house was very old and clean. I met this farmer-mountain man and his family, and then Karl asked him to show me around the farm and where they store the supplies for winter. In his attic, I found two half's of a smoked hog, hanging from the rafters. When his mother wanted to use some meat, she just cut off as much as she wanted. There were barrels of sauerkraut, wine and supplies for the family. There was no refrigeration.

This farmer then took me to a wine barrel and with a dipper, gave me a dipper full of wine. I tasted the wine, and then handed it to Karl. He did the same thing and handed it back to the farmer, so the farmer could have a taste. We three passed that dipper around several times.

This farmer was about
