he announced he had secured a job in London. I was devastated when he left. We promised to keep in touch and I visited him once and he returned the visit. It took me about 3 or 4 months to get the heartache out of my system.

The cure was Ryan, a new assistant in the department. He likes football too and we were thinking of going to follow our team to an away match with an overnight in a twin room. I think I might enjoy it!
