had drawn. Shaun was sitting Indian style and Zach was sitting on his stomach with his arm touching Shaun’s leg.

“Is that Cody?” asked Shaun. Zach looked up at Shaun and the two locked eyes. Zach looked upset.

“Yeah.”

“Sad Cody,” again Zach looked at Shaun and their eyes locked.

“You can tell?”

“Yeah, it’s all dark and there are no toys in his room. This is amazing, ” said Shaun looking at the picture then looking into the eyes of what he thought was an angel.

“You think so?” asked Zach.

“Yeah wow.”

“Yeah, he had just gotten in trouble and he stayed in my room. Okay that’s enough,” said Zach as he pulled the book out of Shaun’s hands. Shaun looked at Zach and started laughing at him. Zach hit Shaun playfully on the arm and Shaun did the same. Zach and Shaun were play fighting with one another. Shaun rolled on top of Zach and then Zach rolled on top of Shaun and again Shaun was on top of Zach. Shaun stopped fighting when he hurt his Adam’s apple.

“Shit Adam’s apple,” said Shaun out of breath and laughing. Zach was laughing as well.

They both lied on their backs. Zach’s hand where over his head and Shaun’s right hand was touching his throat Shaun was also chewing on a piece of gum.

“I’m trashed,” said Zach.

“Yeah I’m totally trashed,” said Shaun laughing and chewing away on his gum while smiling at Zach.

Shaun’s left hand went up on to Zach’s chest and was playing around with Zach’s sweatshirt. Both Zach and Shaun looked at each other and smiled. Neither one of them looked away. Shaun moved closer to Zach. Zach knew something was going to happen but he was not going to move away from this man. He wanted it as much as Shaun did. Shaun touched Zach’s cheek and gently kissed Zach a couple of times on the lips and Zach kissed him back.

Zach was in complete shock. He knew that the kisses were coming but he didn’t know it would feel so soft or so right. Shaun just stared at Zach and Zach was looking up at the stars, his heart was pounding so loud in his chest. Shaun watched Zach fall asleep and then he looked away from him.
