A Perfect World

If the world were perfect,

he would have the nubile body

of a 20 year old,

with the mind and experiences

of a 30 year old,

the jaded honesty

of a 40 year old,

and the salary

of a 50 year old.

He would be passionate

about the right things,

but willing to debate

any subject under the sun.

He would be

the kind of man who likes

being taken care of

from cooking and laundry

to being satisfied

through life's shared adventures.

Believe it or not,

The world as I know it is perfect.
