I was very excited to be moving into a new house. It was perfect for me and my life style. The house was at the end of a long block of houses and I only had a neighbor to one side and just woods in the back.

My neighbors Bob and Carol were a couple in the late 50’s early 60’s. He was retired from the Post Office and Carol worked part time somewhere. They had one son, a 26 year old who was attending college on the west coast. I met Bob and Carol right after I moved in and we became good neighbors. I really liked them both however had absolutely no physical attraction to Bob. He wasn’t my type at all and honestly I don’t think he had any interest in men. I had moved in around October and never met their son till the following spring. This is a story of how we met and of course what we did!

It was in May that I got to meet Erik. I had just arrived home after a long day and Bob was out tending to his lawn. As I got out of the car I noticed that helping him was this young guy. At first I didn’t put two plus two together until Bob called me over.

“I’d like you to meet my son, Erik” he said. “Erik this is Jay our new neighbor.”

Erik came over and put out his hand to shake and muttered a friendly hello. I quickly took a mental picture of him as I didn’t want to be caught staring at him. Well he was a hunk! Now trust me when I say that Bob and Carol are just average in the looks department but what a difference for their off spring. Erik stood just about 6’ or so, I guess 200-210 lbs, his body what I could see of it showed that he worked hard at the gym but what was amazing was his eyes. Big dark eyes that were deeply inserted. His skin was very smooth yet you could see a day old stubble, his hair was also dark and a little on the long side, long enough that he had it tied in a short ponytail.

I couldn’t tell what his package was like and really didn’t want to stare at his crotch while his father was standing right there but when he walked away he had the cutest shaped ass that really filled out his shorts.

Bob then proceeded to tell me, how proud they were of him. He went to university in San Diego and was on the Deans list. Bob also said they were so glad to have him home for the summer however they were going away in a week or so and felt bad having to leave him alone.

“He’s a big boy,” I said to Bob

“Yeah I know, it’s just we don’t get to see him often and then we have to leave but it will be only for a week.”

Then Bob said “oh one thing, would you mind keeping an eye on things while we are gone?

I don’t expect any wild parties or anything but just in case Erik needs anything.”

“Sure no problem, tell him to be sure and let me know if there is anything I can do for him while you two are gone.”
