Bard....Like a lot of things, I think that you learn as you go along. I th ink that the desire was greater than the worry of the risk at that point, a nd it was only later that I "learned" that there could be more risk than I might have assumed. When you are only thinking with a hard-on, you can be l ed into spots where angels fear to tread. The desire for safety in the unk nown encounters grew increasingly as the encounters grew and as I learned t hat not all possibles are safe possibilities, but initially, it was simply a matter of going for it, wherever it led me.
