Her Husband Part 2

Even though it had been a couple of months since the Halloween party, Mike could still remember the sexual beating he endured that night. Over the months, Mike wondered if Jay had remembered that night. He had been back over the house plenty of times after the Halloween party, but Mike didn't sense any signs from Jay that he knew what had happened. There had been times that they were both alone, but the topic was never brought up. Maybe the pending divorce had Jay's mind tied up, or maybe the fact that he could lose his job in the Military had something to do with it. Either way, Mike finally settled on the conclusion that the intoxication got the best of Jay that night.

Mike finally got his DVD player fixed and decided to return Lelani's DVD player back to her. She had let him borrow hers while his was being fixed. As he approached the house he noticed that Jay was the only one home. He decided to just go ahead and leave the DVD player with Jay, so he could give it to Lelani when she got home.

As Mike approached the house, he noticed the front door was cracked. They had a storm door, so he just figured Jay wanted to let some sun into the house. He quietly walked into the house yelling, “knock! Knock!”. At first he didn't hear a response, but he then noticed movement in the backyard. Jay was throwing away some garbage and was making his way back inside the house. “Yo Jay!” Mike said trying to startle Jay has he walked back into the house. Jay immediately jumped violently and jerked his head toward Mike.

“Fuck! You scared the shit out of me,” Jay yelled as he tried to catch is breath.

“My bad,” Mike replied with a smirk on his face. “Maybe you shouldn't keep your front door unlocked; anybody can just walk in”

“No only you!” Jay responded.

Jay made his way into the kitchen behind the sink, which was dubbed as the homemade bar back during the Halloween party. “What brings you over here?” Jay asked.

“Oh, I wanted to return Lelani's DVD player” Mike said, gesturing the DVD player upward.

“Oh just set it on the table in the living room, she will see it when she gets in.”

“Where did she go?” Mike questioned.

“I have no idea, I think she went to go have lunch with Gigi,” Jay answered. “Would you like something to drink?”

“Sure” Mike said as he made his way into the kitchen.

He sat down at the kitchen table and that's when he began to check out Jay. He noticed that Jay had shaved his head and gotten a new tattoo. “What is up with the new look?” Mike inquired.

“What are you talking about” Jay said with a puzzled look on his face.

“You shaved your head, and you got a new tattoo” Mike explained.

“Ohhhh..yeah. I just thought it was time for a new look since I will be leaving Lelani and all” Jay explained.

“Oh...well.
