My right nut hangs lower than my left nut. When I get a boner they both draw up against my body.

I would say that mine are pretty even most of the time, they don't hang too terribly low usually.

my left hangs lower than the right, and they only contract when i'm cold, not when i'm hard. they hang lower when i'm hard actually.

When distended, everyone man has one ball hanging a little lower than the other (i.e. staggered). Sperm production happens at a temperature a few degrees lower than body temperature, so if you are hot (he, he...no I mean body heat hot) your balls will hang away from your body. If you are cold then they will draw up to be closer to your body heat. Now that the medical aspect is settled...balls are still alot of fun either way!
